Every question answered — no stone left unturned
I have absolutely zero knowledge of the markets. Can I still use this?
The courses start with foundational material. PetAi and the scanner provide market-analysis outputs to r alongside your own research; they do not establish the probability of a profitable trade. If you are new, start with the basics and use risk controls.
What computer do I need?
Any Windows 10+ PC or laptop with 4 GB RAM and a stable internet connection. No gaming PC or multiple monitors needed. Forex EAs and indicators run inside MetaTrader 4/5. Mac support is in development.
Is this a guaranteed way to make money?
No tool, course or person can guarantee profits. Our tools organize market information, but we do not claim that their outputs improve the probability of a profitable trade. Results vary with many factors and trading always involves risk, which is why risk management is a core part of every course.
How much capital do I need to start?
You can begin with ₹5,000–₹10,000 in a broker account. We strongly recommend starting small and scaling only as you see consistent results. Our risk-management module teaches position sizing for any account size.
Do I need a special broker account?
No. Stock signals work with Zerodha, Groww, Angel One, Upstox, ICICI Direct, HDFC Securities or any SEBI-registered broker. Forex tools work with any MT4/MT5 broker. Our courses include guidance on opening an account if you don't have one.
What if I get stuck during installation?
Anupama's team helps by email, phone and WhatsApp. For members who are not comfortable with technology, we offer one-to-one video-call support and guide you through installation live.
Is it a subscription or one-time payment?
The initial course and PetAi licence purchases are one-time. Courses have lifetime access. Personal includes 4 years of course, then a paid update plan is required for continued course. The Developer Licence does not expire and includes 4 years of course; later versions are purchased separately. Your installed version keeps working.
Can I use this for intraday, swing or long-term investing?
The scanner and PetAi are designed for short-to-medium-term trading — intraday and swing setups lasting hours to days. For long-term investing use them as one of several research inputs. The advanced modules cover multi-timeframe strategies.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Courses are non-refundable by default, but you can add optional 7-day protection for ₹500 at checkout. Email support within 7 days to request a refund of the course price; the protection fee is not refunded. PetAi licences are never refundable. Review the licence and update terms shown before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets and EMI on select cards through Razorpay, and PayPal for international cards in USD.
What happens after I pay?
You create your login credentials right after payment (or log in if you already have an account) and your purchase is unlocked in your dashboard. Your course opens on the My courses page right away, and download links and a welcome message from Anupama follow by email. You can be watching your first signals within 30 minutes.
