Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital

Profit Hunter Guru sells online courses, trading tools and the PetAi software licence. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.

How and when you receive your purchase

• Right after payment: your account is created with the email you gave at checkout, and you are taken to set your password.
• By email: a welcome email with your login link is sent to the same address. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
• In your dashboard: courses open in the Learning area, and files and tools for the products you bought appear under Downloads.
• PetAi: the licence and the setup steps are shared through your dashboard and by email. If any part needs our team (for example installation help), we contact you within 2 working days.

Where we deliver

Our products can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Buyers outside India may pay through PayPal where it is offered.

If you do not receive access

Most purchases are delivered within minutes. If you have paid and still cannot log in or see your course or files after 24 hours, email support@profithunterguru.com with your payment or order id, or call +91-79863-29303 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST). We will sort it out within 2 working days.

Cancellations and refunds

Because delivery is instant and digital, refunds follow our Refund Policy.
