Are there any recurring charges?
Course and initial PetAi licence purchases are one-time. Courses include lifetime access. PetAi Personal includes course for 4 years; continued course after that require a separately purchased update plan. The Developer Licence does not expire and includes 4 years of course; later versions are purchased separately. Your installed version continues to work. Review the offer terms for update-plan pricing and renewal details.
What is the difference between the two PetAi licences?
Personal (₹24,999) is for your own use with 4 years of free course, and you can optionally resell PetAi on a 50/50 revenue share. Developer Licence (₹44,999) is a lifetime licence that lets you resell PetAi and keep 100% of every sale; course are included for 4 years and new versions after that are purchased separately.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Courses are non-refundable by default, but at checkout you can add optional 7-day protection for ₹500. Email support within 7 days to request a refund of the course price; the ₹500 fee is not refunded. PetAi licences are never refundable. Review the licence and update terms shown before purchase.
How do I pay?
Razorpay for UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI in India, or PayPal for international cards in USD. Both are available at checkout.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes. EMI options are available on most credit cards and select debit cards through Razorpay at checkout.
Do you offer a student or group discount?
