Refund Policy

Courses: optional 7-day refund protection (₹500)

Course purchases are non-refundable by default. When you buy a course — the Intraday Trading Course, the Investing Course, the Indian Market Bundle (including its Price Action training and BEST Indicators & EA) or the XAU/USD Forex Course — you can tick “Want a refund option?” at checkout and pay ₹500 extra for 7-day refund protection. With it, if for any reason you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full course price, no questions asked. The ₹500 refund-protection fee is not refunded, because it covers payment-gateway and integration charges. If you do not contact our team within 7 days of purchase, the refund is no longer applicable. While the 7-day window is open, your downloads and the second half of the course lectures stay locked; after 7 days we e-mail you, and when you choose “Continue without refund” (in your course page, any time) our team confirms it with you and then everything unlocks. Your receipt e-mail and your dashboard show whether a purchase has refund protection and until which date.

PetAi licences

PetAi (Personal Licence and Developer Licence) is never refundable. A PetAi licence grants use under the applicable licence terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Personal includes course for 4 years, after which continued course require a separately purchased update plan. Developer licence does not expire and includes course for 4 years; later versions are purchased separately. The installed version remains usable after the update period. How to request a refund

• Email support@profithunterguru.com with the subject “Refund request”, your registered email and payment reference.
• Requests must be received within 7 calendar days of the payment date, for a course bought with refund protection.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) within 5–7 business days of approval; bank processing times may add a few days.

What happens after a refund

Your access to the refunded course and its tools ends. You may re-purchase at any time.

PetAi course

Personal licence course after the included 4-year period require a separately purchased update plan. Developer licence holders purchase new versions separately after 4 years. Pricing, duration, renewal and cancellation terms for any update plan must be shown before purchase; contact support if those terms are not available.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or sharing or distributing our software or course content.
