Profit Hunter Guru (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website profithunterguru.com and the PetAi, scanner, indicator and Expert Advisor products (together, the “Service”). This page explains what personal information we collected o, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collected o
When you contact us, create an account or make a purchase we may ask for your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, billing details and information about your trading experience. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or banking password.
If you enable two-step verification, we store an authenticator secret and hashed one-time recovery codes to secure sign-in. Recovery codes are displayed only when created and should be stored securely by you.
Our hosting and security systems may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and requested pages, to operate and protect the Service. Optional campaign attribution and Meta Pixel advertising (if configured) are disabled until you opt in through the tracking notice. We do not currently load Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service, deliver purchased products and create your member account
- To respond to enquiries and provide installation, technical and trading-education support
- To send order confirmations, access details, product course and, where you have agreed, marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our products, courses and website
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and payment regulations
Cookies and similar storage
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and checkout. Optional campaign attribution and Meta Pixel advertising (if configured) are stored or loaded only after your choice. You can change that choice using the controls on our Cookie Policy page. Blocking essential storage may prevent some features from working.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, community platforms), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
Account and support information is retained while needed to provide the Service and handle your request. Transaction and invoice records may be retained for applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements; security records are retained only as needed to investigate and protect the Service. We then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. Exact statutory periods depend on the record and applicable law. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Use the form below to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information. We record the request and send an acknowledgement; our team may verify that you control the account before disclosing or changing data. This form does not automatically complete the requested action. Children
The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collected o information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
