These Terms govern your use of profithunterguru.com and all products and services offered by Profit Hunter Guru (“we”, “us”), including PetAi, the Profit Hunter Guru Scanner, indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), video courses, community access and support (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational nature of the Service

All products are educational and analytical tools. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager or broker, and nothing on the Service constitutes personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or currency. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts and licences are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Purchases, pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. Courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access. The PetAi Personal Licence is a one-time purchase that includes course for 4 years from the purchase date; continued course thereafter require a separately purchased update plan. The PetAi Developer Licence is a one-time licence that does not expire and includes course for 4 years; later versions are purchased separately. The installed version remains usable after the included update period. Personal Licence holders may optionally resell PetAi licences and keep 50% of each sale, with the other 50% paid to Profit Hunter Guru. Developer Licence holders may resell PetAi licences and keep 100% of each sale. Resale is subject to our reseller terms. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

4. Licence and intellectual property

On purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software, indicators, EAs and course materials for your personal trading and education. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, share or publish any part of the Service. All content, software, algorithms, branding and trademarks remain the property of Profit Hunter Guru.

5. Software and third-party platforms

The scanner and PetAi desktop app require a Windows 10+ computer and internet connection. Indicators and EAs require MetaTrader 4/5 or TradingView, which are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for broker execution, platform outages, data-feed errors or any third-party service.

6. Refunds

Course purchases are non-refundable unless the optional 7-day refund protection (₹500) was added at checkout, as described in the Refund Policy. PetAi licences are never refundable. Review the specific licence and update terms shown at checkout before purchase.

6A. Third-party market information

Market prices, news and other information may be obtained from third-party providers, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a licensed real-time trading feed. Provider terms and source notices apply. Do not rely on this display for execution or redistribute provider data. We are reviewing applicable display and redistribution permissions; use is subject to the required provider rights being in place.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Testimonials and results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Any performance figures are historical or illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Hunter Guru and its founders, team members and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails and, unless you opt out, product course and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
